2. Refund & Return Policy for Design and Execution Services

2.1 Return Request Window

Requests for cancellation, modification, or refund of design and decoration services may be submitted within 7 days of order placement. After this period, refunds or changes are not possible.

2.2 Eligible Return Conditions

Services may be reviewed or partially refunded if:
Execution has not started
The project is still in initial design phase
No part of the service has been used
Contract conditions remain intact

2.3 Non‑Returnable Services

Due to the custom nature of design and execution services, the following cannot be refunded:
Completed or ongoing projects
Custom designs that have received final client approval
Materials, furniture, or décor items purchased specifically for the project
On‑site consultations or location visits

2.4 Required Documentation

To process a return or cancellation request, one of the following must be provided:
Official contract
Invoice or pro‑forma invoice
Payment receipt

2.5 Partial Refunds

If a project is halted:

Refunds are calculated based on percentage of project progress
And expenses incurred up to the cancellation point
Non‑refundable costs include: Completed design work, purchased materials, consultation fees, and initiated execution expenses.

2.6 Gift Orders

For design services purchased as a gift:

Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser

Gift recipients cannot request returns or modifications

2.7 Submitting a Request

Requests must be submitted through our support team. All requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

2.8 Final Agreement

Placing an order for design or execution services at AbaStudio constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
